Virtual appointments after school and work hours are available to avoid disrupting family schedules.
Comprehensive Psychological Evaluations
A comprehensive psychological evaluation includes a clinical interview aimed at gathering medical, developmental, family, psychological, behavioral, academic, and social history.
Clinical intakes typically range from 60-90 minutes. Your child and all caregivers should be present. Behavioral measures may be incorporated, if deemed necessary for diagnostic clarification.
At the end of the intake, psychiatric diagnoses will be discussed (if appropriate) and treatment recommendations will be provided.
The psychological evaluation fee is $375.
Psychotherapy Telehealth Follow Up Sessions
Follow up sessions can consist of individual psychotherapy with your child or parent training sessions. These follow up sessions are typically 50 minutes in length. The follow up session fee is $255.
Insurance Reimbursement
Dr. Navia does not accept insurance payment in her private practice. If you have a policy that provides mental health coverage, you may be entitled to insurance reimbursement and will be provided with an itemized invoice to submit to your insurance company, if you choose.
Dr. Navia utilizes Simple Practice, a HIPPA compliant telehealth platform to conduct virtual sessions and to store PHI.
